The Utility Pole World is an area accessible from the western path of the Entrance, containg the Iron Pipe effect.
Features
The Utility Pole World (電柱) is accessed by going directly left from the Entrance.
This area is a flat black plain with utility poles sticking up out of the ground. The world is populated by small, spinning dark blue objects that can be killed. These creatures stop spinning when the Whistle is used, but actually move away from Sabitsuki after a warning shot from the Handgun.
There is a rusty pipe with a blood stain between a cluster of taller pipes. Interacting with it grants the Iron Pipe effect.
The door leads back to the Entrance, and the only other way to go from here is by entering a small dark gray building in the center of the map, which leads to the Apartments.
