The Decision Path is an area accessible by interacting with a lone monochrome girl in one of the rooms of the School World.

The Decision Path is a mostly monochrome and relatively simplistic area with a pale floor over a dark background, it starts with Itsuki standing in the middle of a path, where it's possible to go either left and right, there are two arrows pointing to the right besides Itsuki's starting point.
