This page lists the effects you find in Soutarou's dream world.
You may also not use the rolling chair pseudo-effect in Soutarou's dream room to traverse the dream world faster as soutarou wont be able to get any effects from the lists
Centipede
Appearance: Soutarou becomes a centipede.
Passive Effect: Soutarou is able to navigate the dream world faster.
Action: Pressing Shift makes him duck down.
Location: Bean Sprouts World
Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world much faster, chase fast-moving NPCs, and escape from chasers more easily.
Directions: The Nexus → Plank World → Bean Sprouts World
From Plank World's entrance (the green door), head south until you're blocked off by a plank and from there head west until you see two bean sprouts. Walk in-between them and you will arrive at Bean Sprouts World. From there, head southeast until you find a moving grey centipede. Interact with it to receive the Centipede effect.
Knuckledusters
Appearance: Soutarou wears a black plastic bag over his head and holds a pair of brass knuckles as a weapon.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: Pressing Shift makes him remove the bag on his head and carry it in his hand.
Location: Park

Practical Uses: Using the effect's action, you can go back to the Nexus in tricky situations, such as being trapped somewhere, or just to go somewhere else.

Appearance: Soutarou's face is covered with red scotch tape.
