Smiling Pen Office is an office building inhabited by humanoid fountain pens in suits.

Just beyond the doorway that serves as the entrance from Ink World is a short corridor obscured by a purple wall. Minnatsuki may pass behind this wall to reach the other side, but, halfway through, will be forced to pause while a mechanical whirring noise can be heard. Emerging from the other side will reveal that Minnatsuki has been placed into a black suit and red tie, had their hair straightened out, and had any currently equipped Eidolon forcibly unequipped in the process. Attempting to equip any Eidolon while this attire is worn will fail. Heading back in the opposite direction behind the wall will, like before, stop Minnatsuki midway through with the same whirring sound, only this time Minnatsuki will be reverted back to their default appearance and allowed to equip Eidola again.

One of the rooms contains a cube that grants the "Office" Menu Theme when interacted with.
