Removed the telephone from the main area, moving it to the Opal Sea. Version: 0.113 Added Blue Lavender Shoal (IDs #1346 and #1347). Reopened Poniko's-like house, allowing access to Blue Lavender Shoal. Removed the old conditions for accessing Poniko's-like house. The conditions were a 1/80 chance on interactions while having the Stretch effect equipped.
