The Erythrocyte Maze is an area accessible from a portal in one of the rooms in Miraculous Waters.
FeaturesErythrocyte Maze is a large, looping world with hexagonal walls filling the area, along with red blood cell-like objects, as well as floating hexagon-shaped crystals that get slower and become blue if the Crossing effect is used.
There are distinctive hole-like areas here, where going over them will make the screen glow red, making flowers around the vicinity grow. There is also a portal to Intestines Maze just next to a cluster of three other red blood cells, which unlocks the connection from there upon entering. Just two hexagons down the aforementioned point of interest, a crystal faster than the rest can be found, moving horizontally just like the others. Stopping this crystal and interacting with it from below allows entrance to Blood Cell Sea.
Aditionally, a hole with a ladder can also be found in the area, which leads to the Visceral Cavern.
