To reach the Quiet Path, one needs to have at least one coin to give the NPC in the well. They will then flip it, and if successful, a ladder will appear, leading to the destination. Each time the world is entered, there is a 1/10 chance the NPC will spawn, which will be indicated by the sound of a bell and the altered music.
