This world has a sugar theme to it, with a chocolate floor and plenty of sugary sweets present like candy corn and lollipops. There are also three chat bubbles that contain varying smiling emojis, with one containing a yin yang symbol and two "emojis" that bear a striking resemblance to the Super Star and Super Mushroom power-ups from the Super Mario series, specifically their sprite designs from the game Super Mario World. These emojis and other objects in the world change when using the Mad key.

This world also consists of tiles that teleport Danaë. After reaching the second area, there are a few ways to reach the Rapetisite Cure Center; the most effective methods are with the Mad key, to alter the world and disable the teleports, and with the Star key, to float over the teleports.
