Program World B is an area accessible from the magenta dots on the cross-shaped structure with four fruit on it in Cyber City.
Features
Program World B is a teleport maze with a single NPC and a connection to Digital Brain Maze
Upon interacting with the NPC, Shimitsuki will equip the Naginata effect and kill the NPC. If the Gears effect was in use when this happens, Shimitsuki will continue to move at a faster speed despite not using said effect. Using the teleporter to leave the NPC's tower will switch back to the effect that was being used prior.
