Oil Puddle World B is an area accessible from Mushroom World by going between two blue mushrooms or by stepping on the glowing footprints in Heart World, both of which only appear after the player has viewed Ending #1. It is one of the two Oil Puddle Worlds.
Features
Entering from Mushroom World or Heart World places you in a small, loosely spiral shaped maze made of invisible walls with static in the background. In the center is a black and grey door, which leads to the main area of Oil Puddle World B.
Oil Puddle World B proper is a gloomy area that, unlike its A variant, has shiny, large pools of oil. Various differently colored ears with feet are found all across this world. After completing the maze, you will be placed in front of a door that leads to The Nexus as a one-way, sending you outside the door to Urotsuki's Dream Apartments. East and slightly south of the entrance is a brown wall that takes you to Ethnic World.
