Dizzy Spirals World is a fairly small area accessible from the Deciding Street.
Features
The background is red, green and blue (and is also one of the alternative backgrounds that you can get by using the Lantern effect in Heart World). The green and black floor tiles are in the shape of a distorted spiral and there are many blue discs on spring-like stalks in this area. There are also yellow striped spiral-like shapes as well. All of them make screeching noises when you chainsaw them, except one that can't be killed (it moves slightly slower than the others). There are also moving springs in this world, all of which stop moving for a short time when you chainsaw one of the yellow spirals.
Interacting with the gray man will transport you back to the Deciding Street, and interacting with the red disc on the spring will transport you to the Art Gallery.
