The City Building is an area accessible from the Artsy Apartments.
Features
A huge concrete building with many floors connected by a set of external stairs. The stairs loop around the floors of the building, connecting the very top floor with the very bottom one. Most doors in the building are inaccessible, you can only knock on them but no one answers. From the entrance from Artsy Apartments, go up 5 floors to find an open door leading to Underpass. Go up 2 more floors to find the open door leading to a dock overshadowed by a night time view of a distant city in the below a starry sky, going west of the docks, there is an entrance to the Port.
