The City Building is an area accessible from the Artsy Apartments.
Features
The City Building is a huge concrete building with many floors connected by sets of external stairs. The stairs loop around the floors of the building, connecting the very top floor with the very bottom one. Most doors in the building are inaccessible; you can knock on them but no one answers.
From the entrance from the Artsy Apartments, go up five floors to find an open door leading to the Underpass. From here, go up two more floors and head east to find an open door. Entering it will lead to a dock overshadowed by a night time view of a distant city below a starry sky. Going west on the dock, there is an entrance to the Port.
