Cement World is a world accessible from the Phoenician letter śāmek (𐤎) in Binding Site.
Features
The Cement World, true to it's name, an area that everything here is basically cement, there a couple of benches that Urotsuki can sit on
The area also concrete statues which most of them are hands including big blocks scattered around.
Entering from the Binding Site places you between the circle statues, going north and then going east leads to a blocky "□" teleporter, sending the player to Asphalt Monolith, going west from there is a purple building, going inside leads to Underground Runological Warehouse.
There is a two eyed NPC called ßethany who reacts to the Grave effect equipped, giving her three eyes and near her to the right is a blue construction sign indicating a reversed connection, along with a restroom the lower section at the world southwest to the construction sign.

Trivia
- The rectangular floor tile pattern and the grey blocks both make this world resemble the structure of Concrete World.
- The restroom in this world used to be yellow. In 0.124i, the restroom here was changed to gray while the yellow one was moved to Ox Horn Plaza.
