Snowy Streets is a world that can be directly accessed from the Spirit World. Like the name says, it has highway streets that are surrounded by snow. In the World, there is also leftover campfires that contain blue flames. If you interact with all of them, a white floating girl will appear around 9 campfires with blue flames. If you interact wih her, you will be transported to a place that has only a gray bus mostly covered in snow. Inside is a dead grey body and a white patch of snow.
There is also a portal to another part of Snowy Streets that can be accessed by interacting with a incinerator (among other burnt out incinerators) that's still burning.
The alternate area consists of a big frozen lake, there's a few little Snow Girls wandering around, as well as a Chi Miko.
It is in this alternate area that a portal to the Forest World can be found.
