The Barracks Settlement, also known as the Ghost Town, is an area that can be accessed from Wilderness A by going east and then north-west from the Dark World gate, or by entering the Docks from Hell and talking to the Shadow Man. It is an openly-looping area that consists of identical shacks and Shadow Men wandering the streets. One house contains a strange orange creature, another with a path to the Mural World. By talking to a person who is randomly assigned each dream, you will be teleported to FC World B.
