Each time the world is entered, there is a 1/10 chance that the sounds of a bell will indicate that the Quiet Path can be reached. To unlock access to it, one must find an NPC in a well. One needs to have at least one coin to give to the NPC. They will then flip it, and if successful, a ladder will permanently appear, leading to the destination.
