Cheesecake Mountain is an area accessible from Pancake World.

Features

Cheesecake Mountain, as the name implies, is a large mountain made of cheesecake.

Somewhere in the southwest of the area is a wandering cheesecake NPC that takes you to Pancake World. All the way to the north is Cheesecake Girl, who will react to the Cake effect with a pleased expression, walk toward Urotsuki, and jump when it is used. The wandering cheesecake slices will gather around Urotsuki if the Cake effect is equipped.

Further east from the Cheesecake Girl is a long cookie-like bridge with a single white tile. Walking over the tile will send Urotsuki to Parrot Empire, and this can only be done once per save file. The hole will be patched up on subsequent visits. Continuing across the bridges will lead to a doorway to Confection Estate.

By going down three sets of stairs from Confection Estate, then going east, and then going up another set of stairs, Urotsuki will arrive at a small slice of cheese on a plate. Interacting with it transports her to Dark Cheese Hell.

Somewhere in the southeast section, Urotsuki may encounter a mouse from Toy World.

Parrot Empire

After stepping over the white tile, Urotsuki will collapse into this dim dungeon, which can be somewhat lit by the Lantern effect. There are many rooms filled with patterns and artifacts. Ascending through the empire will eventually lead Urotsuki to a decorated room and a blue bird with a white head. If the Rainbow effect is equipped, the bird will look at Urotsuki and spin when it is used. The flash of the effect does not further illuminate the area. Equipping the Drum effect will make the bird stop moving and face Urotsuki, and it will also spin when it is used. The Crossing effect can be used to make it stop and face forward. Attempting to use the Chainsaw effect will only result in it making the same sound that it will make when interacting with it.
