Serpent Ruins A is an area accessible from the green snake in Pointing Labyrinth.
Features
Serpent Ruins A is a looping world divided into a grid of rooms, with hallways running between them. The panorama is an unnerving caricature of Urotsuki vomiting a snake. The area is filled with multicolored snakes, often blocking the path forward. Three groups of them are arranged in a pattern resembling the number three. The Chainsaw effect is needed to get through.
Heading two rooms east and two rooms south leads to a Light Lady, who shows a close up of her smiling before taking Urotsuki to Mourning Void when interacted with.
One room west and one south from the entrance is a room that may have a hexagon in the center of it if Variable #44 is greater than or equal to 214. Its bottom side has an entrance to Serpent Ruins B. One room south from here is a lone black snake with red eyes. Interacting with it takes Urotsuki to an isolated section in Pointing Labyrinth.

Trivia
- In version 0.123b, more cones and snakes were added to the area. The area was changed to have fewer cones and snakes in version 0.123b patch 3, and a chance connection to Serpent Ruins B was added.
