Micro Forest is an area accessible from Psyche.

Features

Micro Forest puts us in front of a television connected to a videogame console, where we observe Minnatsuki, who is in a verdant pair of islands with a retro game aesthetic. Grassy fields cover the ground and dense vegetation, while the dark water surrounding the islands show a distorted reflection of space, including earth itself.

As the game begins, Minnatsuki appears next to a campsite, where a person wearing a yellow shit sits in front of a bonfire. Interacting with the bonfire allows Minnatsuki to roast and eat a marshmallow. Southwards, a wooden cabin can be found, which contains nothing but a pair of tables, chairs and a colorful flag. Three docks are located just next to this building, including one with a boat owned by Fred, who ferries Minnatsuki to the southern island on interaction.

After a short boat trip, Minnatsuki reaches a small locked cabin, while going down starts the Haunted Console event. Following the only path available reveals a shadow, which runs away upon sight. Following the shadow across the thick forest, brings us to an open cabin where interacting with the shadow makes it melt into the ground. Entering the cabin reveals a single key, which can be used in the blocked cabin at the start of the area. Immediately after this, a monochromatic figure with two large, white eyes will start emerging from our right side, slowly moving towards the television.

Walking all the way back to the locked cabin reveals a single egg inside, which, once obtained, prompts the monochrome girl to get closer to the screen, now showing a creepy smile. At the same time, the television starts alternating between static and the videogame until Minnatsuki is forced to wake up.
