The Snowy Apartments is an area accessible from a red door in Garden World.

Map of the Snowy Apartments.

Features

The Snowy Apartments is a large, looping complex of blue-white apartment buildings, whose architecture resembles those of the real-life Mykonos. Some of these buildings reveal their interior upon entry, and may have occupants, while those that do not may contain hidden pathways leading to other areas within this world.

Transparent women in winter attire inhabit some of the apartments. Interacting with them will display a dialog box containing four random three-digit numbers, in a manner reminiscent of how the Lizardmen of Yume Nikki react when interacted with.

Taking a step into the red door that Urotsuki arrived at will show a full view of the spinning feature above it. Taking another step or interacting will return her to Garden World.

Follow the stone path to a staircase left of red double-doors. Following the path up will lead to a blue door. Exiting from the backdoor of the apartment unit with the blue door will bring Urotsuki a staircase that will take her to the Underground Garage.

If the Bike, Chainsaw, Glasses, Wolf, Telephone, Twintails, Insect, Invisible, Plaster Cast, Cake, Red Riding Hood, Bat, Teru Teru Bōzu, Drum, or Crossing effect is equipped while entering this area, the spinning feature will have red ends. If one has a full menu, the aforementioned effects all appear on the left side. With other effects or none equipped, the ends of the feature will appear blue.

If the Fairy, Haniwa (and Gingerbread Cookie), Grave (while active), or Dice effect is equipped, Urotsuki will be unable to open the doors, instead knocking on them.
