The Testing Area is an area accessible from a portal on the Moon, in front of the Earth.

Features

This world has a variety of tests that Itsuki can participate in. Initial access to the area requires the Fox, TV, Megaphone and Scooter effects. The Lab coat effect is needed to teleport after all of the tests, which sends Itsuki to Moon 2.

A display will appear every time you enter a new test. A completed test will display a green square, and an ongoing test will be shown as an orange square. Awaiting tests will display a black square.

This area contains many gimmicks and puzzles. These range from interacting with the correct order of colored buttons to using specific effects in order to move forward.

The Megaphone is used to lure googly-eyed obstacles away from their starting positions. However they can't move onto black tile floors. There are also red versions of these obstacles that move same speed as Itsuki with his Scooter. Getting caught by them will teleport him to the beginning of the current test area.

The TV is used as a dowsing rod. Its beeps increase in proximity to the place you need to stand to progress in tests 8 and 20. You can see wavy green line above of TV when you turn on TV in these areas.

You can also get Mercury in test 6 and Wood in test 14 through an isolated section of Grassland World. Both are used when you go through this area as well.

There is a Hexagon Chaser in test 19. Get caught by them will force Itsuki to go back to test 17.

The Deep Internet is accessed from Test 16, by going right using the Wood Effect instead of left at the end.
