The Port is an area accessible from one of the doors in the City Building.
Features
Arriving from City Building will let you in front of the door of a big boat, which serves as a connection back to that world.
Venturing within the docks will quickly leave you in a small area, where you'll exit from an arch. Next to it is a small log cabin in which you can enter. Going further to the right, you'll see a hat with two cat ears; interacting with it will give you the Hat and Scarf effect. Right next to it are three traffic cones blocking the way, maybe hinting at a future expansion of the map.
