Windmill World (座敷洞, Zashiki Cave) is a small, looping area that can only be reached by being eaten by Big Red via the Sewers. The music consists of vague noises of fans whirring and there are not really many notable things here.

Points of Interest

Windmill World is quite small and has many short windmills. There are only two NPCs found in it, the Cube Guru and the Fisherman. Interacting with the Cube Guru will make its head spin around as it sits on a red pillow while interacting with the Fisherman will send you to the Docks A, without a way to get back. Near them, there are a couple of hedges shaped like buildings. One of these hedges has a door that leads to Block World, again without a way to get back.

An unused event in version 0.09 known as NASU Link had the character from NASU appear in this location. Interacting with it would lead the player to the unused FC World C.

Trivia

  • It is the only location other than the ones belonging to the Nexus to have a static background, although it did not have one in older versions of the game.
  • The internal name for the area, 座敷洞, can also be translated as "Tatami Den", with tatami being a type of Japanese flooring. Interestingly, in the graphics for the chipset of the area, sprites for this flooring exists, possibly hinting at a much different design for the area.
