Itsuki at the telephone booth.

You will be taken to a fake menu screen with all options grayed out except for "Blog". After picking "Blog" it only shows one save file with the rest glitched out, the remaining save file only has one effect and one health point. After opening the save file and sleeping in the bed you will be taken to a fake Nexus with a glitched background and all the arches will be glitched except an empty arch which would normally lead to Doodle World.

After going through the arch, the game with glitch again and you'll be taken to a glitched version of Itsuki's Room. Interacting with the glitched furniture will make them disappear making leaving through the bedroom door the only option. After going through the door you will be taken to Chaos.

After navigating the linear path and taking the door to the left, Itsuki will be taken to a big room with a green door with his tree symbol on the upper wall. Entering this door will take Itsuki to the Meta-Nexus. While Itsuki cannot enter the doors in the Meta-Nexus, interacting with them will allow the player to peek through them and catch a small glimpse of their associated worlds. If you've collected all of the crystals, the scene behind the door with the rainbow circles will be altered, seeing it will also add a bonus scene after the ending. Interacting with them counter clockwise is required to unlock the central door, which takes Itsuki to a long flight of stairs leading to a platform where most, if not all, of the friendly NPCs in the game can be found, including the Teru Teru Bozu, who gives Itsuki the Baku effect on interaction.

After obtaining the Baku effect, Itsuki's door in the Meta-Nexus will be unlocked again, allowing the player to return to the open room leading to the crossroads. However, shortly after leaving the Meta-Nexus, the screen will begin shaking and a wall of glitchy pixels will slowly start to descend, chasing Itsuki. The player needs to rush through the room, which now has several of the NPCs from the Testing Area acting as obstacles. Getting caught by the glitch mess in the hallway chase section will trigger the Glitch Ending instead.

Returning to the crossroads will block the left door, leaving Itsuki with entering the right door as the only option, this door leads to a long but narrow hallway with chasers out of bounds, and Kondo sitting at her desk at the end of the hallway. After getting too close to her, an hexagon chaser will block the hallway, preventing Itsuki from turning back, Kondo will jump out of her desk in surprise and be consumed by Itsuki with the Baku effect. Soon after this the screen will begin to shake and change colors before showing images of the various worlds from the game.

After this, Itsuki will wake up in his room, looking through the window will reveal that the typhoon is finally over, leaving his room will play a short cutscene of him walking down the street and entering a phone booth, the text "Good Ending" will show up and the credits will play.

There's a short post-credits cutscene, which requires collecting all crystals, that shows Itsuki arriving to the same cliff from the Bad Ending, with the difference of there being a seemingly unstable boulder near it's border and a woman standing there. Itsuki will approach the woman, who will turn back and approach him as well, after which both characters will hug.

Spoilers end here.

Trivia

  • When it was first implemented, in v0.08, the Bad Ending played slightly differently. In this version, once it started to rain, Itsuki would try to hide under a tree, just for lightning to hit the tree, presumably killing him.
  • Before v0.11, the Meta-Nexus doors couldn't be opened with the exception of the central one, some of them also had slightly different designs as well.
