Runway Crossing is an area accessible by interacting with the Maiko in Tatami Galaxy.
Features
Runway Crossing is a looping world containing a number of colorful traffic lights and pedestrian crossings. The stripes that mark these crosswalks feature a distinctive light-blue-and-purple marbled pattern.
Residing within this world is the Maiko, who can be interacted with to return to the isolated section of Tatami Galaxy where she also resides. Her appearance differs between the two locations: Here she is rendered with flatter shading; her hair and skin, the handle of her umbrella, and much of her outfit are tinted a light blue; and the obi she wears is largely unpatterned.
Many Runway Models are present throughout the world, each sporting either a cube or pyramid for a head. They wear white dresses with tall socks of different colors.
Numerous Runway Models stand in a large ring formation around its initial location to the north of the Maiko. Within this ring is the initial location of a small, animate traffic signal with blue feet. It slowly roams the area, shuffling in place and intermittently taking a step in a random direction. This particular traffic signal features red and blue lights; initially, it will signal red, but after interacting with it, it will begin to signal blue. This will also cause the Runway Models across the world to start dancing, alternating between two different poses to the beat of the background music. Interacting with it again will cause it to signal red again as the Runways Models stop dancing, holding whichever pose they were in at the moment the traffic signal was interacted with.
Southwest of the Maiko is a towering light blue figure that bears some resemblance to the surrounding Runway Models, bearing a cube for a head and wearing a dress. Interacting with the figure will transport Minnatsuki to Autumnal Equinox.
