What's Wrong (officially known as What's Wrong?) is an area accessible from Waning Light by interacting with a green object.

Features

The area consists of a series of glitchy paths around small maroon bodies of liquid. The paths slowly change their appearance, cycling through a variety of reddish noisy textures, and the footstep sound effects used when walking on them change randomly over time. The parallax background is an irregular swirling pattern that shifts abruptly to different shades of red and magenta over time. A heavy animated static overlay restricts visibility in this world.

Scattered throughout the world are several cones of various sizes with bright, multicolored, rapidly changing patterns on their faces. Other cones are gray and slowly grow and shrink in size.

Roaming around in a field of these cones is a pyramidal green object that serves as a connection to Waning Light. Directly to the south, a rainbow-colored object shaped roughly like a tree acts as a connection to Twice Removed.

Northwest of the connection to Twice Removed is a giant frog head drooling a large puddle of lime green slime. Further northwest from here is a pair of light blue cones. Walking between these cones will take Minnatsuki to Far Away Iridescent Aquamarine Derelicts.
