The Neon Parrot is an effect NPC that can be found in Neon World. It grants Madotsuki the Neon effect.
Overview
The Neon Parrot is a bird-like creature with a dark blue body, red and blue arms, purple feet, and a head consisting of green, light blue, and red with a blue eye. As it walks around Neon World, it head flashes orange and dark red while his chest flashes green and purple. It resembles the player character from NASU.
When interacted with, it will give the Neon effect to Madotsuki. It also shows the standard reactions to the Knife, Cat, and Stoplight effects.
Like the Neon Creatures, the Neon Parrot wanders around Neon World, although at a slightly slower pace than most of the other creatures. The number of NPCs paired with the world's structure can make it hard to locate at first. It can be found by going one room west and two rooms north from the world's entrance plaza.
