The Head Wasteland is an area accessible from the house in the Red City that features a stairwell.

Features

The area consists of three sections with a long white road and a deep blue sky and pure red clouds. The first section contains red land with large human heads and forms composing the background. The second section features white land and curious-looking monochrome cones, several of which sport human silhouettes above them. For the third section, enormous eyeball-shaped UFOs structures stand in a long line, marking the end of the wasteland.

The structure standing on the path has a set of stairs leading into in; going up these stairs leads to the Wilderness.
