The Spiked Storm is an area accessible from the igloo in the Frozen Glade after the Spiked Sands have been visited and the Plaster Cast effect has been obtained.

Map of the Spiked Storm.

Features

The Spiked Storm is a medium-sized maze area set during a strong blizzard. The area features various ice spikes of varying sizes, tall conifers and frozen bird-like humanoids. Urotsuki can only have the Plaster Cast equipped in the area, attempting to unequip the Cast or equip any other effect will reequip the Plaster Cast.

From the entrance, heading south, east, then north, a large hand sunken onto the snow can be found. Interacting with it will lead to the Primary Estate in its red state, replacing the connection to Spiked Sands.

A spike with an entrance can be found northeast from the entrance. Entering it will lead to a dark passage with a bed at the end. If Urotsuki sleeps in the bed, the screen will fade out to black, then an image of a purple bed and clock will appear. Every time the clock's hand reaches twelve o'clock, a bell sound will play. If the bell sounds plays at least seven times consecutively, exiting the screen will allow Urotsuki to equip other effects. Exiting the bed area will lead to a small area with multiple blood splatters on the spikes and the snow, at the bottom is an NPC and a large bird near a campfire and pink flowers.

After seeing the NPC and the bird, returning to the bed, then sleeping in it, Urotsuki will be taken to a looping void near a purple bed. Interacting with the bed will make Urotsuki refuse to sleep in it. Northeast of the bed is a large hourglass with a spike inside it. This area is inescapable, so Urotsuki must use the Eyeball Bomb or wake up.
