The Star World is an area accessible from a trench in the Submarine World.
Features
Star World is a set of stairs in dark space peppered with colored lights, perhaps lanterns.
If you decide to reach the bottom of the stairs, you can find a fisherman fishing off the pier. By walking off the edge of the pier, Sabitsuki will sink and be taken to an isolated area of Hell, where the fisherman can be seen alongside a burning, writhing body.
As you go up the pier, you can find a white door leading to the Constellation Room, an open, looping sub-area. By walking south-east from the entrance, you can find a worktable that grants the Machine effect upon interaction.
To get the orange menu theme, you will need to raise Oreko's friendship counter to 30. Going in the Constellation Room, go slightly northwest once you have satisfied the friendship conditions. You will see a faded silhouette of Oreko. Interacting with her will transport you back to the stairs, however when you go down, the same apparition of Oreko will be seen instead of the fisherman. Interacting with her at this point gives you the orange menu theme.
