Red Sands B Settlement is an isolated section of Red Sands B accessible through a hole in the fence or from a building in Overgrown Rust.

Features

Most of the settlement is deserted, its houses empty and sometimes dark. The lone one at the southeast leads to OverGrown Rust.

The one with a second story left of where you came, has a dark vine-strewn corridor in its basement which leads to the second part of the settlement. This is where Kema is found in one of the houses, bouncing a beach ball against the wall. Interact with her to obtain the Beach Ball memory.

If you re-enter her house, she will have replaced her ball with a heavy brick instead. She will not throw it if you stand in front of her.

Tucked into the upper left corner of this section is a house with a hanged man.
