Space is an area accessible from the elevator in the Nexus.

Features

Stepping out of the elevator and onto the moon, Danaë encounters a distant view of Earth amongst the stars and a horizontal path stretching across different planets.

East is a view of falling stars, one of which has landed on the blue planet and retains a faint glow. Interacting with it grants the Star key.

Continuing east, Danaë comes across a free-floating spaceman, assuring her with a thumbs-up gesture. A flag and a rocket sit on the metallic planet, and climbing onto the rocket engages a brief, turbulent flight to the Rainbow Screw Floor.

Further east is a pink and purple-striped planet with pixelated, retro objects. A green alien bumbles around the planet, making an odd noise when interacted with.

Moving on, the next planet has a screen overlay with lush white flowers. A red-haired humanoid alien named Blanche can be found here, saying unintelligible things to Danaë when interacted with. She stands next to her eccentric spaceship, which can be entered. Inside is a cozy living space, and she even has a TV. An abstract background can be seen outside the ship's windows, which has an assortment of numbers, letters, and symbols.

If Danaë equips the Brambles key, Blanche will spin in fury. If she tries to attack her, Blanche will zap some sense into Danaë and wake her up.

Past Blanche is a view of a vibrant meteor shower and a fuzzy-looking planet with colorful stripes. Suspended in its orbit is a submarine with pink and green camouflage and a heart atop it. A green umbrella, dotted with pink flowers, randomly floats opposite the meteors. Sitting on the planet is a pink water cooler with a gray base. Interacting with it will make it bubble, and Danaë will take a drink, transitioning to the Elderly Woman's Rave. During the rave, the player can make noise with the arrow keys.

The next planet offers a view of asteroid belts and a floating red star, and interacting with it takes Danaë to the Science Museum.

The final planet, or first if Danaë went west from the Nexus, is a gaseous mass with a purple, swirling galaxy in the distance. Walking under the strange green arch teleports Danaë to Blurred World.

Trivia

• If the Cherry key is equipped, Danaë will instantly burst, and the key will be unequipped.
  • This is very buggy and can cause some odd interactions, such as multiplying Danaë's movement speed. This basically does the opposite of the speed-decreasing bug with the chair on Danaë's Balcony, and it can be fixed by using that bug. It is advised to save before attempting this.
• The Believer key cannot be equipped here.
