There is a certain screen surrounded by screens with ticking clock icons. Go behind this screen and interact with it for a loop of a clock ticking foward through time to play.

Directly above the loading bar screen, hiding behind the block and waiting for the bar to "fully load" will take you to the window room upon interaction.
