They are accessible by stabbing the Eye Box with the Knife effect. There is a one in thirty chance of it teleporting Madotsuki between the area with these NPCs and the White Desert.

The Eye People seem to walk around in their space, not doing much else. They, like most NPCs, show the standard reactions to Cat, Knife, and Stoplight effects.

Overview

The Eye People are monochrome human-like characters with a big eye for a face, slightly hunched forward. Their single eye always faces forward, as if facing the player, unless they are walking north/facing away.

The Eye People all live inside a dark void-like space accessed from the Eye Box in White Desert A, accessed through a 1/30 chance after stabbing the Eye Box with the Knife effect. They all walk largely simultaneously, starting in a large crowd before the Eye Box, walking to the left (unless disturbed in their movement). If they are blocked by standing to their left, they will simply stop walking. If the Stoplight effect is used, they will all freeze and face their bodies toward the player (as long as they are not stopped during their walking animation). They also show the standard reactions to the Knife and Cat effects.
