Its appearance is that of a simple face with unevenly placed, square shaped eyes and a laughing red mouth. The eyes consist of two purple squares surrounding a small red square.
The Closet Creatures live inside wooden closets, appearing from the darkness once they are opened. Their faces are made up of unevenly placed, square-shaped eyes with purple sclera and red pupils as well as a small red mouth with its tongue sticking out.


It appears in all of the closets in [[Guillotine World]] except for one, which is the one the player must use to return to [[Number World]], exiting through one of the closets in the [[Number_World#The_Bed_Room|Bed Room]]. If Madotsuki opens a closet inhabited by a Closet Creature, it will cackle and the closet immediately shuts again, thus making  the character seemingly mock the player for choosing the wrong closet. There are a total of three of them in Guillotine World, and more in the bigger version of the world (accessible after having stabbed the [[Toriningen]] near the entrance to the world).
