The Fisherman is a black silhouette-like figure wearing a pink sunhat, a light violet shirt, and dark magenta pants. He also holds a dark purple fishing rod, which he can be seen using in the Docks.


He seems to be a black silhouette wearing a pink sunhat, a light violet shirt, and dark magenta pants, holding a dark purple fishing rod. He is found standing within a group of windmills in the Windmill World, and fishing in the Docks. He doesn't move on his own.
In Windmill World, the Fisherman can be found among a group of windmills. Interacting with him will cause a drum-like beat to play, similar to the one heard when [[Yume Nikki:Takofuusen|Takofuusen]] appears, before [[Yume Nikki:Madotsuki|Madotsuki]] and the Fisherman teleport to the Docks A. Once at the Docks, he does not do anything upon interaction. If the [[Yume Nikki:Effects#Cat|Cat]] effect is used near him while he is fishing in the Docks, he will appear to be reeling in something with his fishing rod. Otherwise, he shows the standard reaction to the [[Yume Nikki:Effects#Knife|Knife]] effect and the normal reaction to the Cat effect in Windmill World.
