Scarlet World is a scarlet-covered forest with various rivers, houses, and walls. From the Death Row entrance, heading southeast, then slightly north will lead to a large furry creature with a skull for a head next to a cut strawberry with a skull next to it. Interacting with the creature will grant Irving the Wendigo effect. Eastwards, a lake exists with many uncut strawberries surrounding it.
Heading northwest from the Death Row entrance, Irving will encounter a village-like enclosure. Heading northwards out of the enclosure will lead to a brown-haired person that will turn into a chaser when hit. Getting caught sends Irving to an isolated area in Ramparts.
Heading out of the enclosure to the northeast and going up the stairs leads to a house with an entrance to Vermilion Rooftops.
