The Black Cat is an NPC that appears on the Mall Rooftop.

Overview

The cat on the rooftop.

When Madotsuki enters the Mall Rooftop area, the Black Cat can be found there as the sole resident of the rooftop. The Black Cat simply resembles a normal black cat with red eyes.

It can be found in one of three positions on the rooftop. It is usually seen sitting atop the door well or on one of the air conditions, but there is a 1/64 chance it will be to the right of the doorway, sitting at a reachable height and allowing Madotsuki to interact with it. If interacted with, it makes a quiet meow sound. It does not move around, though it will begin grooming itself every twenty seconds unless the Knife effect is equipped. Equipping the Knife effect also turns its eyes from red to pink. Despite not moving normally, the action of the Cat effect makes it gravitate towards Madotsuki.
