Wormiko's dream world is home to many different characters. This page lists the various characters that can be found.
Effect NPCs
Black Cat
A black cat that gives Wormiko the Zombie effect when interacted with in Zombie Apartment.
Corpse
A corpse with a deep bleeding back wound found in Spring World. It gives the Piggy Bank effect when interacted with.
Crawling Hand
A crawling hand that can be found near a broken glass display in Body Part Exhibition. It gives the Goth Dress effect when interacted with.
Drummer Pig
A pig that can be seen marching with a drum in the Cheese Maze. It gives the Drum effect when interacted with.
Egg Babysitter
An egg that can be found walking in a horizontal line with a pink stroller in Meat World. It gives the Baby effect when interacted with.
Eyepatched Slime Catgirl
A Slime Catgirl with dark green hair and an eyepatch found in Majestic Garden who gives the Maid effect upon interaction. She turns into her slimy counterpart when the Fire Axe effect is used.
Foot Blob
A blue blob with colourful shapes and an injured foot found in the Residential Building. It gives the Eyeball Foot effect when interacted with.
Furless Animal
A furless animal with a pet cone over their head found to the east of the Drinking Animals in Swamp World. It gives the Funnel effect when interacted with.
Library Robot
This lone robot vacuum cleaner is the only NPC that can be found in the Library. They give the Sweeping Robot effect when interacted with.
Rowboat Girl
A doll carrying an umbrella found lying on a small rowboat in Plush Grave. She gives the Doll effect when interacted with.
Rubik’s Cube
A moving Rubik’s Cube found in Low-poly Town that gives the Magic Cube effect when interacted with.
Sponge
A moving tiny sponge found on one of the paths in Old Apartment Building. It grants the Sponge effect upon interaction.
White Snake
A white snake that gives the Hand Puppet effect when interacted with in Seaside.
Zombie
A walking zombie that gives Wormiko the Detective effect when interacted with in Ancient Civilization.

Using the Detective effect reveals her to have pale white skin, black hair, cat ears & tail, and no face. Her appearance in this form seems to reference the yōkai Noppera-bō who are faceless ghosts that distinguish as humans. She cannot teleport the player to the Dining Table effect in this form.
