The Weather Station is an area accessible from Stormy Towers, after using the Angler effect to lure the lightning NPC closer to be interacted with.

Features

The Weather Station is a relatively small, horizontally looping world reminiscent of an underground subway station, albeit for clouds, rather than train cars, which can be seen moving quickly along the tracks. From the room that the lightning NPC brings you to, the main platform can be accessed.

The station's interior is mostly tinted teal green, with some accents of yellow, notably the sun-shaped lights on lampposts and informational boards. The back wall houses glass case displays of various weather-related icons. Rows of seats can all be sat on, barring one, of which has a sleeping rabbit-like creature on it. Interacting with this NPC briefly makes it rain. The only other NPC seen here is an individual with a sun for a head, and who seems to be on their way to work, carrying a briefcase and periodically checking their watch. Attempting to kill this NPC with Vampirism will simply knock Irving backwards.

Most of the doors and stairwells are unopenable or blocked off, barring one stairwell, which takes Irving to the Tornado Area. One door, however, of which appears to be the door to a restroom, makes a locking sound when interacted with. Should Irving equip the Skeleton Key effect, it becomes openable: inside the room is a large, shadowed figure, hanging upside down and slightly swaying. It does not react to anything.

Tornado Area

Taking the lone open stairwell leads to a small cliff outside, where a massive tornado can be seen in the background. At the edge of this cliff is the Weathervane Girl: interacting with her grants the Bed Hair effect. She doesn't react to any other effects, barring Vampirism and Brimstone, which darkens her expression. Attacking her starts the Storm's Revenge event, which results in Irving being forced awake.
