The Nopperabou Ghost is an effect NPC that can be found in the Sewers. It grants Madotsuki the Nopperabou effect.
Overview
The Nopperabou Ghost resembles a small, pale-green, teardrop-shaped ghost, bearing similarities to Fleebie and Follony. Unlike the other two ghosts they resemble, they lack any facial features, simply having a blank face.
The Nopperabou Ghost can be found at the very west side of the Sewers, floating around the northern wall of a room with a large pool of sewage water. When interacted with for the first time, it will give Madotsuki the Nopperabou effect.
