Tokuto-kun's appearance is that of a violet, top-heavy geometric shape with spindly limbs (which are difficult to see in-game due to them being similar in color to the room's floor), red eyes, and a strange spout of red liquid trickling from a cavity in the top of his head. This affair may be the reason why Tokuto does not run away from Madotsuki while the Knife is equipped, unlike most other NPCs.

When interacted with, he will stand still and tilt over to the side, pouring an endless stream of the red liquid from the top of his head onto the floor. He will not stop this until Madotsuki leaves the room and comes back later.

That the fluid in Tokuto-kun's head seems to be blood is evidenced subtly. After interacting with him, using the cat effect while he is pouring will cause the flow to speed up briefly. The bubbling rhythm sounds very similar to a beating heart, and also speeds up with the flow.

Tokuto's room is a strange place. It has a chair that Madotsuki can sit on and a poster on the wall depicting some strange image with unreadable text, interpreted in the fan art to the left.
The most prominent feature in the room would probably be the large pool of red liquid in the floor, which seems to be an accumulation of the same substance that Tokuto-kun produces from the cavity on his head. It has a seemingly lumpy or bubbly texture.
What this room is supposed to be or resemble - if anything at all - is very ambiguous.

Interpretation
One interpretation of the poster believes it shows a picture of an egg being fertilized by sperm, which would help to support some theories regarding Madotsuki's association with pregnancy. The red liquid ties into the idea of menstruation, suggesting themes of miscarriage or infertility.

Tokuto-kun(トクト君) is an NPC found in one the southeastern mall room of the Mall.

Overview

Tokuto-kun's idle animation.

Tokuto-kun's appearance is that of a violet, top-heavy geometric shape with spindly limbs (which are difficult to see in-game due to them being similar in color to the room's floor), red eyes, and a strange spout of red liquid trickling from a cavity in the top of his head. He seems very preoccupied with the liquid dripping from its head, scampering about the room as he watches it trickle down. This affair may be the reason why Tokuto does not run away from Madotsuki while the Knife is equipped, unlike most other NPCs.

When interacted with, he will tip over as the red liquid continuously leaks onto the floor, accompanied by a heartbeat sound. Tokuto-kun will remain immobile in this pouring state until re-entering the room. The Cat effect does not draw him closer, nor does the Stoplight effect stop the flow of liquid. However, the Knife effect can be used to kill him, which may be necessary if he is blocking the doorway.

Trivia

 • The English Steam version does not have the heartbeat sound while Tokuto-kun is tipped over, due to the file not being renamed correctly.
 • Tokuto-kun's design might be a reference to Salvador Dalì's painting "Apparatus And Hand" (1927). Both Tokuto-kun and the painting share similarities in both geometric shape, and the viscous liquid being spouted from within said geometrical figure. A similar structure can be found in the background of one of the White Desert paths.
