This world is dark and is filled with the same red streetlights from [[Red Streetlight World]], however some of them have unusual shapes, the world's path is what seems like pink cobblestones and pink flora, which get crushed when Urotsuki steps on them. There is also a couple of blank murals scattered around the world, going east from the entrance to this world are two heads bleeding from their eyes leaving a small bloody puddle, one is a monochromatic head and one is a dark greenish head, monochromatic crystals and swirly red strings can be found only in certain parts of this world, in one of the group of crystals, there is a towering monster who looks like what seems like intestines.
