The Lizardmen (ひと, People) are humanoid NPCs that can be found in the small areas of the FC Worlds.
Overview
The Lizardmen inhabit various parts of the FC Worlds, mostly in FC World A and FC World B, though two also appear in the FC Dungeon. There are three varieties of them: one with a rounded head, one with a rounded head and a beard, and one with a differently shaped head.
When Madotsuki interacts with them, a dialogue box appears which contains a string of five random numbers, accompanied by a sound effect representing speech of some kind, similar to what can be found when talking to NPC characters in many RPG games.
