Features

The Blue Eyes World is a looping area that consists of blue trees and plants with fruits that appear to be blueberries on them. There are also floating eyes looking in various directions. In some areas the blueberries growing on the trees have fallen to the ground.

Slightly northwest from the entrance is a group of large, monochromatic flowerpots, one having cracks and extra soil. There is a flowerpot with a doorway among these pots, which takes Urotsuki to the Flowerpot Outlands upon entering it.

Southeast from the entrance is a Green Pencil that takes you to the Restored Character World if text events are enabled. It is surrounded by a couple of bleeding eyes. If text events are disabled, it will be replaced by a green Teleport Rune that transforms Urotsuki into a blue slime, which has the same speed as the Bike, and can exit or enter the area in the same way where Glasses is equipped. South of the Teleport Rune is a small blue vending machine by a gray bench.

While transformed as a slime, Urotsuki can interact with a specific slime in Frozen Smile World to swap the green Teleport Rune to a light purple Teleport Rune, which allows access to Restored Character World with text events disabled. This change persists between dreams, resulting in Blueberry Farm being the only slime transformation location.

There is also a small group of NPCs that resemble black hands with a red limb supporting them. They only react to the Chainsaw effect being equipped, which will make them quickly flee from Urotsuki.
