Low Tide Sands is an area accessible from a white flag in Floating Window World.
Features
Low Tide Sands is a looping desert area, filled with dunes and pools of water. A few white flags are scattered about the area; unlike the one connecting to Floating Window World, these flags flap in the wind.
Occasionally, a translucent blue fish will pass over the screen.
By moving down until you see a water pool shaped like a question mark, then heading east, you will find a pool with a gleaming blue crystal at its centre. Interacting with this crystal takes Urotsuki to Crystal Waters.
