The jellyfish shopkeeper by the entrance is guaranteed to sell Totsutsuki the hermit crab food item. The other place where this item can be purchased is from a vending machine in Isometric Street as Kubotsuki where the item is determined randomly instead.
While navigating this world Totsutsuki might stumble upon a lighthouse which she can enter, inside is a series of stairs and moving platforms reaching all the way to the top.
