The jellyfish shopkeeper by the entrance is guaranteed to sell Totsutsuki the hermit crab food item. The other place where this item can be purchased is from a vending machine in Isometric Street as Kubotsuki where the item is determined randomly instead.
While navigating this world Totsutsuki might stumble upon a lighthouse which she can enter, inside is a series of stairs and moving platforms reaching all the way to the top. Riding the moving platforms require timing as Totsutsuki can fall down if she jumps at the wrong time, however once she successfully lands on one she doesn't have to walk with the platform to clear the gap.
At the top of the lighthouse Totsutsuki can climb a final set of stairs leading to a white object, interacting with the center tile will switch the time to night time. If she now descends the lighthouse during night and makes her way into an alley she can interact with a bottle which unlocks a connection to Primordial Soup Bog.
