If the player has arrived here via the Hotel Room door to pick up the Bellhop effect, the passage back through the door will be blocked by three shadowy figures with red eyes.  They cannot be killed nor can they be interacted with, so Irving will have to use the Mobile Phone or wake up to leave the area.
